Cancel or change your membership

One form. One step. The Team confirms by email within one business day.

If you want to leave, we make it easy. If you want to change level, this is the place too. Nothing here is a negotiation.

Day 30 Love It Or Leave It. Submit by the end of your thirtieth day. Your access ends at the end of Day 30, month one stands as paid, and nothing further is owed by either of us.

Stop at my anniversary. Your membership continues to the end of your twelve months, then ends. Your honorific and the free Uplevel Community remain yours.

Change level. Moving up starts a new twelve months at the new level's current price and releases you from the old level the same day. Moving down or to the free Community takes effect at your Annual Review in year one, or at the end of the current month once you are month-to-month. Leaving a level forfeits that level's continuation price.

After month thirteen. Any change or stop takes effect at the end of the month you are in.

Submitting this form is your written notice under your Enrollment Agreement. You will receive a confirmation email at the address above within a minute; if it does not arrive, write to support@uplevelbydesign.com and your notice is still effective as of the time you submitted.

We have your notice as of {timestamp, Eastern}. A confirmation is on its way to {email}. The Team will write back within one business day to confirm what happens and when. Nothing further is required of you.

If you are leaving: thank you for the time you spent with us. The free Uplevel Community remains open to you, and so does the door.

If it does not arrive, write to support@uplevelbydesign.com and your notice is still effective as of the time you submitted.
